Wake up early:


    Waking up early is very much important for stabilizing our health. It gives you more time to do the things that are important to you, such as exercise, mindfulness, or simply enjoying a cup of coffee. To wake up early, try going to bed earlier or setting your alarm clock a few minutes earlier each day until you reach your desired wake-up time. Simply referring towards old quote:

    There are a lots of benefits of early rising. Such as the morning breeze make your mind sharp and healthy. I recommend you to go to morning walk daily it improves your mental health and enhance your focus.

 

Drink water:

Water is most important thing in our lives. 60% of human body is made up of water which tells the significance of water. We must drink at least one glass of water as soon as you wake up to help hydrate your body and jumpstart your metabolism. Also informing you that you should drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to maintain your health.


Stretch or do yoga:


    Third tip is that you should do stretching or yoga to keep your body active and energetic. It's good to do in morning as that time our body is fresh. Stretching or doing yoga in the morning also help you warm up your muscles and get your blood to flow actively. It can also help you feel more relaxed and focused, setting your mood for a productive day ahead. This will help you maintaining your physical and mental health.


Eat a healthy breakfast:


    What we eat have direct impact on our physical and mental health. Eating a healthy breakfast is crucial for maintaining your energy levels throughout the day. You are not going to find best results from first day, you should practice regularly.

Avoid checking your phone first thing:


    Checking your phone as soon as you wake up can be a major distraction from your tasks and cause unnecessary stress. This will set your mood to reactive and you will be no longer proactive to do morning tasks. Instead of checking your phone, give yourself some time to ease into your morning routine before checking your phone or social media. This thing has great effect.


Get moving:


    We have already discussed some advantages of morning walk in our first point. Another advantage of morning walk is that it it boosts your metabolism and is helpful in weight loss. Morning walk reduces stress as due to it endorphins are released in our mind and makes us feel more happy. It also improves cardiac(heart) health by mobilizing blood flow.


Listen to music or a podcast:


    Listening to a podcast or music can make you feel more motivated and engaged in your exercise. Studies shows that listening to music while exercising increase your endurance and you don't feel fatigue that much. But listening to music while doing a physical activity which may need your full attention can be unsuitable. For example you should not listen music or podcast while cycling. 


Practice gratitude:


    Practicing gratitude enhances positivity in your life and makes you feel more happy. Take a few minutes in the morning to think about the things you’re grateful for. Show your gratitude towards people you are really thankful to.
